I met Lorraine and Dylan at the engagement shoot we did at The Durban beachfront. To be honest, I had no idea what to expect from their wedding day. All they pretty much said was I hope you can find the church! This got me slightly concerned so the week before the wedding I took the family for a drive to Scottburgh in search of the chapel. A turn off the main road and into the sugar cane got me excited! It was so amazing to find this tiny chapel on top of a hill, surounded by trees completely out of view from anyone but from the graveyard you could see all the way passed the fields of sugar cane and right to the sea. It was beautiful! That was just the start of the many surprises. Lorraine did such a stunning job on the decor which they did on a shoestring, and made an old Italian Club look beautiful with such subtle decor. Lorraine herself transformed from this Tom boy who wore jean shorts and a hoodie to the engagement shoot to this amazing rock ‘n roll looking vintage bride. The whole day inspired me and I am so proud to publish these pictures of which was truly a stunning day! Congratulations to you both…it was a pleasure sharing this day with you and watching the 3 of you become a family.
